Kats Care Cancellation Policy
While I understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules change, as a pet sitter, time is valuable, and there’s a limit to how many clients i can schedule each day or within each time block. Therefore, I require payment for services in advance, and if a client cancels, a cancellation fee will be deducted from what the client has already paid and I will provide a refund or credit for any remaining amount. My cancellation policy is as follows:
- If a client cancels with more than 48 hours’ notice, there is no fee.
- If a client cancels with 24-48 hours’ notice, there is a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- If a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a fee of 100% of the total service cost.
